  • Our Pass Box is used to transfer materials from one side to the other side through a controlled environment in order to avoid airborne cross contamination.
  • These pass boxes find application in pharmaceutical industries, chemical research laboratories in semiconductor production and in the electronic and food processing industries, to meet the most demanding controlled environment conditions.
  • Our dynamic pass boxes offer greater flexibility as they can be used to transfer materials from uncontrolled to controlled environments. The inclusion of a HEPA filter and equipment for complex air handling help keep contaminants at bay and allow the clean room to achieve higher clean certification.

    Construction It has a durable construction. Made of 304 grade Stainless Steel.
    Door Double walled doors with glass view panels, and with Stainless steel handles and stainless steel hinges.
    Door Indication and Door-release switch (Push type) There are light Indicators on either side for the ‘door open’ condition.
    The door-release switch is present on both the sides too.
    Door Interlocking Mechanism Perfectly calibrated Electromagnetic interlocking type door arrangement that ensures, that only one side door will be opened at a time.
    Window Tempered glass
    Illumination LED light.
    UV Lamp For sterilization.
    HEPA Filter Our HEPA filter offers 99.97%-99.99% efficiency for particles down to 0.3 micron.
    Pre Filter The pre-filter offers 90.00% efficiency for particles down to 5 micron.
    Blower Unit The Heavy duty motor blower is designed for supply of sufficient capacity and static pressure to take care of the airflow requirements for the entire life of the HEPA filter.
    Power Supply Working on 230V ± 10V/50 Hz single phase A.C.
    Pressure The Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge keeps a check and a measure of the drop in pressure.
